Returns

Adventure,Sports & Outdoors returns process is powered by Clicksit, the multi-carrier eCommerce returns platform that makes customer returns simple and straightforward.

How long does your policy apply for?

Our refunds & returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

What items are returnable?

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Free gifts, sale and promotional items or gift vouchers are also not returnable.

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return postage.
  • Through our returns partner, Clicksit, you can take advantage of excellent return postage rates from carriers such as Collect+.

Exchanges

How to exchange your item

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to exchange
  • Select the option indicating what you would like your item to be exchanged for, i.e. different size or colour.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the exchange request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for an exchange

Refunds

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations only partial refunds shall be granted:

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts or packaging, or otherwise in a non-original condition for reasons not of our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
